Welcome to The Behavioral Workplace

Have you ever wondered why some leaders bring out the best in others and some miss the mark?

I have read that one of the secrets to leadership starts with behavior!

Welcome to The Behavioral Workplace — where we explore how human resources, leadership and psychology, can help support workplace success.

What is The Behavioral Workplace?

This newsletter is all about helping leaders, professionals, and organizations understand and apply behavioral principles to create healthier, stronger workplaces. We will focus on sharing real strategies, insights, and tools you can use right away.

Why does this matter? Because today’s workplace challenges — leadership gaps, disengaged employees, toxic cultures, and high turnover — are all rooted in behavior. If we can understand behavior, we can change the workplace for the better.

Why I Created This Newsletter

For many years, I’ve worked in human resources and studied organizational development and psychology. I am also pursuing my PhD in industrial/organizational psychology. Through my career, I’ve seen firsthand how understanding behavior can transform teams, improve leadership, and create workplaces where people thrive.

I created The Behavioral Workplace because I’m passionate about helping leaders and organizations succeed by focusing on what truly drives results — people and their behavior.
